I require high security, what measures do you take?
Working in an underground complex has definite advantages. The entrance into our facility is monitored by security staff and video surveillance 24/7/365, using photo ID badges and car stickers to identify eligible employees. On evenings and weekends all vehicles are stopped and identified before entrance is authorized. Entrance to our building is further secured with programmable electronic locks that allow us to monitor and control who enters the building.
How do you protect my data?
Mail Print takes the care and storage of your data seriously:

Data
• Old data and artwork is kept in an archive with very limited access.
• Data and artwork in the archive is kept no longer than 2 years.
• The only other place that old data exists is on Mail Print’s backup tapes.
• Back-up tapes older that one year are incinerated to ensure total data destruction.
• Data is always stored on servers, never on desktop computers. This ensures that the data will not be lost in the event of a desktop failure. It also ensures that the data will be stored on secure servers in a locked room and can be password protected.
• Backup tapes are stored off-site for additional protection.

Personnel
• Access to Mail Print’s network is restricted and can only be accessed by users with a valid login and password. No terminal in the building can be accessed without proper credentials.
• Mail Print’s network security is enforced using Microsoft Active Directory technology.
• We use a role-based approach to security to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to your protected data.
Confidentiality is a concern of mine, what is your policy?
We respect our clients’ right to privacy and take every precaution to protect the information entrusted to us. Any information gathered is extensively safeguarded with physical and technological barriers. Mail Print will never sell collected information to a third party.

How do I know I'll be in the mail on time?
Mail Print is dedicated to making sure our clients’ projects are released to the post office as promised. Speed and flexibility are the keys to our success in consistent on-time delivery.

• Mail Print’s Design team operates with in-depth knowledge of postal regulations, ensuring your materials will process without delays.
• Each member of the Mail Print Pre-Press staff has direct access to two workstations, and our offset pressroom contains multiple presses in various sheet sizes.
• We run four Indigo digital presses so that we can split large jobs, as well as accommodate our regular production needs.
• Our bindery is designed with the most trusted and solid equipment available - built to meet the time-sensitive needs of our clients.

How do I keep my list effective over time?
A clean list is a successful list. And a clean list means correct names and addresses, accurate spelling, up-to-date and complete information, and no duplicate names. Test mailings should be done periodically to clean up your list. We recommend cleaning your list multiple times throughout the year.
