Marketing Automation Graphics Specialist/ Production Artist
Entry Level position for a graphics specialist!A successful Mail Print Graphics Specialist / Production Artist has a strong
knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, web applications and can follow directions
accurately. The Graphics Specialist / Production Artist will develop a strong
understanding of Mail Print's various marketing automation systems and be able
to successful proof and validate their work.Responsibilities:- Regular maintenance and
enhancement for all company products loaded and available on the site
- Review and provide feedback
on client provided artwork confirming to Mail Print's specifications,
items include company logos, images and provided artwork for automated
programs
- Serves as primary graphics
specialist during client implementations by working daily within XMPie and
Mail Print's proprietary marketing automation software
- Training will allow
individual to be specialist in how products can be loaded to the site
across multiple media, including email, PURLs and direct mail
- Responsible for timeliness
and quality of deliverables following a repeatable, defined process
- Review standard reports and
generate custom reports as required by the project
- Assist Customer Care team in
responding to consumer inquiries regarding the products that are loaded
and available on the site
- Appropriately escalate issues
to management for support and/or guidance
- Manage the day to day
progress and success of personal projects with internal partners
- Assume additional
responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Four year degree specializing
in prepress and production artist
- Intermediate knowledge of
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Intermediate knowledge of
Microsoft Excel and Access
- Reliable, focused and
committed to meeting objectives and exceeding expectations
- Strong organizational skills
and prioritizing of daily schedule
- Perform assignments
independently and work unsupervised
- Effective oral and written
communications
- Though not required,
experience with variable data software (Pageflex, XMPie, Saepio) is
preferred
- Though not required, strong
design aesthetic is preferred
